Pleasure is a top principal when it comes to living a life that feels joyful and sensual. Through the act of dance I help women reconnect with their pleasure center, their Sacral/Sacred Chakra. In this group setting, I will teach about the Womb, I will help you to re-member how much your body loves you, how much your body is always rooting for you to win, how your body every single day works to keep you safe and alive.
We are created for more than just meeting deadlines and being on the grind, we are made for pleasure and sensualities. Dancing is one way we can get back into our bodies, touch the pleasure center of our lives and re-member the love our bodies have for us. Dancing wakes the soul up, loosens trapped energy and shows us where we are holding ourselves back based on how stiff and unwilling certain areas are to move and flow with the music.
It is my desire to help women be able to give themselves this pleasure, that awakens your sexual energy, brings back your life force, and reconnects you to the sacred Divine that lives within all of us.
